Meet Dr. Smith

Originally from South Florida, Dr. Smith earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University before completing her Master of Medical Science at the University of South Florida. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Davie, Florida. Following dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) in Asheville, North Carolina, where she received advanced training in comprehensive dental care and developed the skills to treat a wide variety of patient needs.

When she is not in the office, Dr. Smith enjoys staying active, trying new fitness classes, and spending time outdoors. You can often find her hiking the beautiful mountain trails of Western North Carolina or enjoying time with family and friends.

Dr. Smith is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. She believes that visiting the dentist should be a positive experience, and she takes pride in building genuine relationships with her patients while providing personalized, high-quality dental care. Whether she is helping a patient overcome dental anxiety, maintaining a healthy smile, or restoring oral function, her goal is always to make each visit comfortable, informative, and stress-free.
